We are closely monitoring the effect Coronavirus (COVID-19) is having on our customers and our business, and have taken decisive actions and significant steps to protect colleagues and customers, while maintaining robust continuity plans to minimise disruption.
We have now implemented measures, to promote and allow remote working for Kent based teams, as well as temporarily relocating our Helpdesk to minimise the amount of interaction between staff members, whilst maintaining all existing infrastructure, systems and processes. Our ARC continues to operate under NSI guidelines.
In addition, all non-critical business travel remains restricted for which we continue to closely follow all national government regulations and guidance.
