As part of our facilities management service we offer site surveys, systems audits, complete project management, 24/7 365 communication centre, evaluative call response and follow-up, management information and supplier performance monitoring.

Complete project management

All existing contracts, work practices and costs relating to FM and building system management are examined to identify current expenditure levels, length and types of existing contracts and the charge rates for engineering work. Confirmation will also be sought that specified maintenance visits are actually carried out and that any engineering charges relate to actual operating sites. We will then draw up new procedures to improve performance and control costs, including terminating any equipment leasing agreements and replacing them with outright ownership contracts and producing standard Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for all contractors with routine inspection to ensure they are complied with. We also provide a central 24-hour fault reporting centre, daily updating of our database, invoice logging and verification and agreed cost schedules.

Supplier Measurement

As a leading supplier of FM support services, SSS Management Services is equally able to work with a client’s existing suppliers or, where appropriate, recommend suitable alternatives. In both cases, SSS Management Services is committed to the continual monitoring, managing and measurement of supplier service performance, drawing up appropriate service level agreements (SLAs) with individual companies and ensuring that they are properly fulfilled.

Site surveys, system audits and design

With our extensive experience in site FM management, SSS Management Services will undertake an initial assessment of all building service and maintenance procedures, utility provision and plant operation to identify any deficiencies and make appropriate recommendations designed to enhance cost efficiencies and produce higher levels of operational performance.

Full Management Reporting

Full management information reports are generated at agreed regular intervals (daily, weekly or monthly) for all sites/branches in a format that best suits the needs of the individual manager. A wealth of data is integrated into the management reports including financial breakdowns and performance statistics. The IP signalling enables remote BMS monitoring and diagnosis of plant problems and utility consumption levels.
